Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainers may be required to reserve event dates, begin planning, secure resources, or commence services.

Where a deposit or retainer is identified as non-refundable in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement, it will not be eligible for a refund once paid, except where required by applicable law.

Services Already Performed

Payments attributable to services already completed or work already performed are generally non-refundable.

If a project is terminated before completion, North Bridge Minds LLC may deduct amounts corresponding to work performed and expenses incurred before determining whether any remaining balance is refundable.

Vendor and Third-Party Payments

Amounts paid or committed to third-party vendors, venues, contractors, suppliers, or service providers are subject to the applicable third party’s refund and cancellation terms.

North Bridge Minds LLC cannot guarantee refunds for amounts that have already been paid to, committed to, or become non-refundable with third parties.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction information. We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors.

A signed service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement may contain refund provisions specific to a particular engagement.
