North Bridge Minds LLC understands that event plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling requests are handled.
Client Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted to North Bridge Minds LLC in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, services already performed, expenses incurred, and financial commitments made to venues, vendors, contractors, suppliers, or other third parties.
Any deposit, retainer, or other amount designated as non-refundable in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement will remain non-refundable.
Third-Party Costs
Payments already made or committed to venues, caterers, entertainers, production companies, transportation providers, decorators, photographers, equipment suppliers, or other third parties are subject to those vendors’ individual cancellation policies.
North Bridge Minds LLC cannot guarantee reimbursement of third-party expenses that have already been incurred or become non-refundable.
Postponements and Rescheduling
Requests to postpone or reschedule an event will be accommodated when reasonably possible and remain subject to staff, venue, and vendor availability.
Additional fees or price adjustments may apply if the new event date results in increased vendor costs, additional planning work, or changes to the original scope.
Cancellation by North Bridge Minds LLC
If North Bridge Minds LLC must cancel services for reasons within our reasonable control, we will work with the client to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or refunding eligible amounts for services that were not provided.
Force Majeure
North Bridge Minds LLC will not be responsible for cancellations or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, or similar events.
